I've added SLDLs back in -- I like those for hamstrings, since it adds balance to the equation and I can gt extra ROM by standing on a plyo box.
What's your thinking on standard weighted squats with a bar? I kind of miss them, and the Ido Portal method has gone back to using them. So I'm thinking about adding those back in, too. (Part of this is that I'm getting bored with pistols after 4 years). My squats used to wipe me out, though.... how to mix them on leg day with bodyweight stuff is a puzzle. If I do pistols then squats my quads will be tired; if I do squats then pistols I suspect I'll have zero balance.
And I'm not realistically managing two leg days a week, right now, so it would have to be the same day.
