Ron Jeremy seems to be on LJ, as le_hedgehog. It appears to really be him. Be warned that there is work-unsafe material not behind lj-cut tags, though probably nothing that could be considered porn.

He doesn't come across as especially thoughtful, and yet his blog is oddly fascinating. For 10 minutes at least.

It's hard to tell. I got the link from this entry on vaginapagina, which says it got a mention in Nerve.

If it isn't him, wouldn't it be pretty massively illegal on the part of whoever it is?
