what kind of leg conditioning? and yay back hspring with spot! were you scared? i've done a couple with a spot and it's always fine but i always feel like OH MY GOD AM I REALLY GOING TO DO THIS AND NOT KILL THE SPOT? i'm going to tumbling tonight! eee! the pace of the class seems to vary a lot and it seems like i might be one of the more advanced students so i hope i get something out of it. i need to do this forearm routine. i always feel like it won't really help, but if you say so. my forearms are actually feeling a lot better over the past week than they had been.
