A trainer should perform high impact exercises with an arthritic client, true or false?

DUH.

Your hamstring hurt like hell on Thursday night because a) you were walking and that's bad for it or b) because you SAT STILL AND PROGRAMMED for 10 hours straight before getting up and walking.

Life is full of such difficult questions. It's a good thing we have acro to distract us! Here are some pictures from last weekend.

I have no memory of how we got me up this high. [livejournal.com profile] nevers, do you remember?

This is flag. I wave in the breeze.

Amazingly, we balanced this for a couple of seconds.

More pictures, in quite a few of which I'm basing, are here. They also include my first two-high (but not my second, which was better) and not the craziest thing we did, which was me standing on [livejournal.com profile] nevers' feet. That one was a first for both of us, and it was great, but came to a crashing, yelping end before [livejournal.com profile] heisenbug could grab the camera.

I'm disappointed in how I've been living life lately, but I'm glad I've been playing.
