Another new word

Retox (ree-tox) v. To go back on your resolutions and do the opposite of the goals you set for yourself. "Instead of following my New Year's resolution to get fit this year, I decided to retox and take up pasta-cooking classes instead."

We are amused.

I left work at 7 today and came straight home so I'd have some time around the house to do snail-mail and dishes. (I have such an exciting life!) I know I did better due to not turning on the computer until those tasks were done. Once it's on, it pulls me right in... you'd think I hadn't spent the whole goddamn workday staring at glowing screens.
