Yeah, nasty cold/cough here too. Everyone got it. I had less of it last night, so I can hope it's fading out...
I work out 6 days/week nearly always. The workouts that slip when I get a little bit sick are the morning ones, the ones where I do my own strength/flexibility work. So there have been a lot more days of only 1 workout/day lately, where the 1 is skills-based.
