making adjustments to something purchased that i almost love is one of my FAVORITE things. my mom did this all the time when i was growing up - everything considered at a store had an added element of imagined adjustment/improvement.

what kind of tooth whitening are you doing? i'm so impatient i hate doing it. i have trays and whitening gel that are a couple years old now... i don't even know if it still works, and the process is so slow it's hard to tell.
