My hamstring tear is back, at least in a minor way. As various parts of the muscle compensate for other parts, it's wandering around my leg in search of an author or something.
I do, I do! But nah, I think I'll just do self-myofascial release and go back to stretching 2-3 times a day for a while. It's not as bad as it was last time, and the PT guy is way across town.
