Just an idea I woke up with after having a few dreams last night. (You might not want to know that I was in the body of a cat-sized mouse for much of the scene that inspired this. I might not want to know why I would dream about an Indian man having sex with a mouse. But these things are beside the point.)

Yes, such porn exists. I'd guess the theory is to make it feel more embodied to the viewer. All the better for their fantasies.
