Mornings like this one might be the whole point. Steel-cut oats with almonds and apricots already down the hatch, scrubbing out my insides while I read on the couch watching sunlight fall on the glossy, sleepy cats. My book so well-written it makes me want to really write again, my brain under the influence of half-caf coffee I made myself.

The spell is broken (or just altering) -- it's time to do some time on the elliptical machine and try some pomodoros. But I know this is one of those moments I'll look back on and say that was really, really good.

Just thinking of it, more like. I've gotten that song in my head intermittently ever since you posted the video once. On Sunday when I posted this post, I finally ordered the CD. :)
