To my kind friends who worry about my health:
all right, I now have scheduled both a gyno appointment and an initial consultation with a PCP. Best of all, the PCP is far enough out that I can't get a referral to Mr. Scoldy Man in time for insurance to cover it. :-)
Toledo's going to add some mid-trap and rear delt work into my Phase II workouts, too. It appears I'm going to be fine.
