Overtraining, or undersleeping, or something...
I'm enjoying workouts so much less than usual. :-( Overtraining? Undersleeping? Just getting mentally too wound around an axle? Workouts are okay but the work-stress is making it all be too much? All I know is that I'm not taking my usual joy in the things I can do.
I don't think having goals is good for me.
Taking tomorrow off to look at tidepools with
norwoodbridge, thank goodness. And this weekend I'm going to sleep a lot.
