So delightful, this Sunday!
This weekend it was easy to believe good things about the world.
First, handstand progress! I've been working alone more, because Pokemon (my coach, not the game) missed a few Fridays and I actually wrote up a workout to do on my own those days. I think it's been good for me -- I've been able to really focus on the feel of things. On Friday I had one straddle-up that felt a lot the way my kickup usually does: a leg push that puts my hips over my hands, followed by calm shoulder extension and ab compression, during all of which I actually know where I am in space. I was afraid to post about it, since for all I knew it was a fluke, but on Sunday that same thing happened about seven more times in a row! I'm excited for class tonight, when hopefully I can reinforce it some more.
I also did some lovely one-arm hand-to-hands with the visiting (and shirtless) Bender (see picture on Facebook), and then had an excellent date with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
norwoodbridge in which I went out for drinks with blue lipstick on, just for fun, after initially starting with slate gray. heisenbug HATES vivid lipstick of all kinds and cringed when I told him, so that's a hilarious and harmless win for polyamory. :D
