Touch me

Gonna get me a massage at this place soon... see those 50-minute student shiatsu sessions for $30? Yeah, that's some good stuff. I got one of those for HLM last Christmas (gift certificate) and he really liked it.

I was reading the rest of the page and got pretty curious about the deep tissue massage, too. It costs more, but I am definitely an active person looking to experience a deep release and enhance flexibility! Anyone ever had this, or other deep massage work, done? Any advice? I'm soooo curious.

I don't like deep tissue massage

I find it painful. But that's just me. My husband loves deep tissue massage and finds relaxation type massage more of an annoyance than anything.

Just passing through...

"Deep tissue massages" sounds kinky to me...

By the way, regarding deep tissue massages. I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is what we used to get when I worked for ye old dot com. It hurt like hell, but I tell you what, afterwards..I wanted to curl up and go to sleep. My body was sooooooo relaxed and I felt like I was just floating around all day. I went and resigned up on all the empty spots that no one wanted and had it done for the rest of the week. :)
