I feel used...
well-used, that is. The last six days is the first time in quite a while I've worked out for six days straight. No half-assed TKD forms classes either, it was the real thing every day. And now, on the seventh day, after that Sunday full-body weights thing, I rest... and stretch my back muscles and go ooooo, I can feel that! :) I think my legs are definitely improving now. Looked around online for a while to see if that would help me set any goals for myself (as in, how much should a normal female be able to deadlift?) but didn't get anywhere (fine, I'll aim for body weight and see how I feel when I get there). My elbows also seem to be all healed up, so I can do biceps again, and I'm back up to speed on bench presses, and that too is good.
Speaking of all this soreness, I finally made an appointment for one of those student shiatsu massages, for next Monday, when I'll doubtless feel just like I do today. Watch for the review.
It's a boring day at work, but there's been slight progress on the condo front: I browbeat HLM into calling our landlady again, and I made an appointment for us to go look at some places on Friday. One of the nicest-sounding ones in our price range is on Arcadia St... how cool would it be to end up there. Et in Arcadia ego.
