***goal attained***
So today I finally squatted 6 reps at 125 pounds, which was my squat goal... it was also my body weight, I might mention, until I started squatting and, without altering size in the slightest, attained the apparent density of lead. :b
Score one for stubbornness, and
bluechromis' training plan of course. Twigs, this day do I dub thee legs, and shall hereby try to accord you some respect.
(As long as we're talking squats: anyone out there know why I can lift more with a toes-mostly-forward, barely wider than shoulder width stance? I've heard people say you can harness more ham/glute power by taking a wider stance and turning the toes out more, but that makes it harder for me.)

Congrats Flexy!
So now, not only can you kick a six foot tall man in the head with a spinning wheel kick, but you can also get 125 lbs of force behind it!
(I flunked physics by the way ... no need to try to correct my force figures or even unit of measure. ;-) )
