Airplanes

Are airplanes the ultimate pore-clogging machines, or is it just me? Digging epic gunk out of my face last night, following a cross-country flight to CA on Sunday. I feel like that always happens.

Took a rest day yesterday and went back to my straddle workout this morning, early. I felt super stiff at the outset (of course! It was before 8:00!), but within half an hour there was my chest bopping the floor. Handstand homework didn't go as well; but much better than not putting in the time.

Yes. They are. I can't figure out why either. It's not like we're traveling by sooty coal powered trains or anything. Do you have a post flight skin detox?

Oh hell, the best I've got is traveling with good lavender oil and adding it to my coconut oil when I wash my face and to use it to take care of blemishes and small injuries. I use painters tape to seal bottles for travel.

Ugh yes yes yes. My (totally-unsupported) theory is it's skin overcompensating for weird dry airplane air.
