flexagonAre airplanes the ultimate pore-clogging machines, or is it just me? Digging epic gunk out of my face last night, following a cross-country flight to CA on Sunday. I feel like that always happens.
Took a rest day yesterday and went back to my straddle workout this morning, early. I felt super stiff at the outset (of course! It was before 8:00!), but within half an hour there was my chest bopping the floor. Handstand homework didn't go as well; but much better than not putting in the time.
