Idiocy

So here I am wasting time by creating a blogsite at work. I am stunned by my idiocy. However, having a place to rant about work might help me STAY at work, at least until next summer (for financial reasons, that would be much better than, say, walking out right now to enjoy the sunshine).

I haven't accomplished much today aside from making a cool desk sculpture--I have a couple sets of those magnetic rods-and-balls construction toys. I must do better than this... and I must work out tonight... I can blame a recent illness for my current jellylike muscle tone, but even so, I'm better and this just can't be allowed to continue.

Amusing. My mom just wrote with a "Sorry you've been sick" subject, but she really meant "sorry you've been sick, why is your FMIL acting so frigid?". That's future mother-in-law for those who haven't been reading bridal/wedding sites as much as I have lately. I explained again that FMIL really wants grandkids, and having her son marry me is not exactly a step in that direction. However, she can be won over if I help with the sister, something of a socially backward thing who needs to be teased out into self-assuredness. So okay, I can do that. No real point getting mad at a MIL, especially one who did give some warning before going weird.
