Invitation to a behea... I mean, wedding.

Somehow all that stress turned into quite a nice evening with HLM. The beer-battered chicken came out incredibly scrumptious (and not more greasy than you'd expect). And then we finally ordered our wedding invitations. We spent a little more than we meant to, but that's all right; and while we were making fun of the pre-canned wording options we came up with some really funny ones on our own. Somehow it was even more funny because of the formal phrasing, full names, and so forth.

I'm still rolling on the floor thinking about it. The other one I rather liked was: ...invite you to bear mournful witness... We did not have the guts to send these to our grandparents, however. So, really, they say celebrate with us. :)
