Inside, outside, upside down

Work has been almost like college lately. Soon I'll be on a project with a rational schedule and ought to be back on 8-hour days, but in the meantime I've been on an actual deadline (for a design spec) with constant interruptions from our most important customer and people who are desperate for help. That hasn't done anything for my ability to get home for dinner this week. But today, in a feeble effort at taking back my life from the Frog, I took an 8:30 yoga class and then headed in... it turned out to be an awesome class and I kicked up to a forearm stand for the first time ever! I was grinning like a lunatic.

I'm also (finally) signed up for a lesson at the Boston trapeze school, with apfelsingail. Can't wait. Any of you IRL friends interested in coming?
