So, both my nice little local bookstore and my annoying local McGym were closed for the Christian renaming of Ostara. Unacceptable. This community thing's nice and all, but not when it comes between me and caffeine. Starbucks, rescue me! :(

I'm a little afraid of putting down roots, but at least I've realized that.

I almost bought this book on wabi-sabi... not just because of its rather good ideas, but because it taught me the term "wabi-fraudie". Ha.

heisenbug and I took a walk down some abandoned train tracks today and discovered such a lovely spooky abandoned warehouse that we're heading back next weekend to take pictures. Look out for them... they're going to be gorgeous.
