So the Pier 1 in Porter Square is advertising their warm-season wares. I think.

Every morning I walk by and three giant decals on the three giant windows say "Under the Sun", "Here Comes the FUN" and "On the Table".

under the sun
here comes the fun
on the table
.

Under the sun, here comes the fun on the table. What does it mean? What does it mean?? Honestly, it really creeps me out. I interpret the "fun" part sarcastically, as spoken by a torturer or something, and I imagine nasty things like a gang rape on a picnic table. It feels like some kind of evil omen for the summer, despite the dual facts that a) I don't believe in evil omens and b) a furniture store seems like an unlikely source for such a thing. Hmph... I'm going to bed.
