Such a fun acro class last night. I have generally disliked "bottle rockets", but when there's an end point to the motion it's totally different. Two people chucking me backwards through the air is not scary at all, if it's basically a lift to a nice pair of hands about 7 feet up. I guess it's just like pitching; pitching to something has always been 100x more pleasant than straight pitches when you have to fall back to the ground. Oh, and we did banquine too... tosses to basket catch, out of lines... and trio improv.
Work has been much of a muchness, with me accidentally on three rotations simultaneously (um, pick two, as far as getting anything done) and two levels of management visiting next week. And my leg is hurt a bit; I overdid it somewhere, with the new contortion drill plus overzealous rolling with a lacrosse ball. I suspect it's bruised rather than really pulled, but a few days should make that more clear.
Really freaking tired.
