Okay under pressure

Yesterday involved some small-to-medium disasters. But I didn't yell at the direct report who trolled me by summarizing their last six months of work in a single word (thus forcing me to do the research and summarizing). And when I was basing someone in acro and a spotter accidentally took out a contact lens from my eye(!), I didn't drop the flyer.
