This is a bitch of an exercise. Of all the things Toledo has me doing now (jumping pistols, running in place on my hands against the wall, etc), THIS is the one that never gets better. I've sent him this video to find out what the hell I'm doing wrong.
I have ONE set like that in my body when I'm fresh, I do not have 5 sets of 10 reps as "active rest" the way these days' workouts call for. What gives, dear straddle ups? If you are supposed to be that easy, then why are you so... not?
