I love my inconvenient and expensive physical therapist. He does such targeted things. Today he dug deep into my iliacus muscles and sort of dragged them up and backward inside my hipbone, and when I stood back up my pelvis was tucked under like that was the most natural position ever. And he did slow, delicious working down my erector spinae as I slowly curled over in a seated position. He found that spot where three or four vertebrae refuse to loosen and curl. And my teres minor injury from last time is way stronger according to his tests.

Of course we still worked on my hamstring, which is slow to get better but is improving.

I feel like my body is becoming malleable and workable again, heating up in a sense.
