This morning I spent an hour alone with my handbalancing coach, working to make my body position better; then I spent half an hour alone with my site director, working to make me a better manager of both people and tricky inter-team situations.

All these people putting time into me. I hope it's the right thing for them to be doing, and I hope it works.

So good to appreciate the people who take the time 1-1 to share their knowledge with you. Of course it's worth their time! Think about how often you do that for other people, and how good it makes you feel to do it...
