I printed some with address/phone and some without. I think I'd have tipped the ratio more in favor of the "without" if I were still dating a lot... though I spose you can get in stalker-type situations no matter what you do. Shrug.

SCF's exercise... would that be called "the flag"? Last time I heard of that it was in conjunction with "Bruce Lee's favorite ab exercise". :o And no, I can't do it.
