Sun Certified... woooot.

flexagonAs of about an hour ago I am a Sun Certified Java programmer. I scored slightly lower on the test than I'd've liked, but still came in way above the pass/fail line. So after giving myself a couple of cursory kicks for the questions I missed, and wondering what they were, I turned to the much more pertinent question of where to have lunch. :)
How nice to have the resume padding... because when you have a brand new job that you intend to stay at for a few years, you know that's when you really need it. Heh. There'll probably be a new certification for Java 1.5 that I'll have to take an upgrade test for, before I get around to leaving Politic Frog. And yet, I'm glad I did it. I'm glad I'm finally showing enough interest in my profession to do things like this.
