Last night I tried my first night at the normal-yoga place near my house. Because I was kind of surprised to be there at all, I didn't take it very seriously or feel like I got a great workout. I probably would have if I'd really tried to keep up and do things right. That was also the basics class, so I'll try to take an intermediate one soon and see how that goes.

There's nothing sinister behind my recent not-posting, btw. I've been tired this week, and sleeping a lot.
