My karma ran over your dogma
Feb. 2nd, 2005 08:22 amLast night I tried my first night at the normal-yoga place near my house. Because I was kind of surprised to be there at all, I didn't take it very seriously or feel like I got a great workout. I probably would have if I'd really tried to keep up and do things right. That was also the basics class, so I'll try to take an intermediate one soon and see how that goes.
There's nothing sinister behind my recent not-posting, btw. I've been tired this week, and sleeping a lot.

Date: 2005-02-03 03:40 am (UTC)Nope. It's just that if you do happen to be going to bed early, then sometimes at the end of the work/cook?/eat/workout cycle there's no time or energy left. I'm fine. I think the extra sleep was related to getting my period yesterday... I remember it used to make me sleep extra when I was a teenager, so I guess that's going to be the case again now. This whole getting my cycle back again thing is weird, I tell ya.
