Last night's yoga class was really something else. I can't explain why, but I really had my freak on... for me at least. I did several things that I have been just on the edge of being able to do, and learned about a couple of new things to work towards, and came home all happy. I'm becoming more confident that I can deal with dropping down to one upper-body workout a week if I'm doing yoga another 3-4 times, so I'm going to try that in an attempt to get into the studio more.

Also had a bad experience with an Instead, but dammit, it's not my fault I don't have a gigundo vagina like they seem to think I do. These things should come in different sizes. :b

Das true, yoga doesn't hit every muscle the same way as lifting. So you could just do lat pulldowns which work the lats and biceps and you're good to go. :-D

So that's the first time you've used it? I didn't realize that. They are pretty big, and feel funny getting placed, but I haven't had problems besides that.
