My bug racks up another accomplishment

Today HLM got the job as the orchestra director for the musical this summer. Though he is very qualified, he admits he got the job the usual way, by sleeping with the producer.* I can't help but be excited for him... despite the little pang of knowing he'll sort of be wandering off somewhere I can't follow, again, this time for much longer than last time. (I've been off doing my own thing lately so much that I kind of deserve it anyway... sigh... bad wife, no wife biscuit. But I still think one of us ought to break the cycle one of these months.)

He's going to talk to the director about maybe being visible throughout the show, this time. That would be good, because he's sexy when he conducts. I'm now trying to talk him into wearing leather pants. :)


*Seriously... he shared a bed in the hotel room with T, the [straight male] producer, when he was on that stupid trip to Indianapolis last week. I told him I understood.

That's very funny, even if a little sad. If you're up for random esplanade adventures, or coming over to southie for some beach time, or meandering around newbury street, or joining apfelsingail and I for a run in Arlington, we'll keep you busy this summer.

Sure. :) I'd be happy to go for a run with y'all, though I'm not an especially good runner. Just say when.

Aw, thanks. :) And it's okay... a person can't eat nothing but wife biscuits, you know. There's always a balance between doing stuff together and doing stuff apart. As of late, well, more the latter. But it's his fault as much as mine.

I'd be up for almost any of those things you said. The show won't start eating weekends until August, but when it does it's basically three full weekends in a row. And there'll be week nights until then.
