This is probably boring
Jan. 10th, 2005 08:30 amSaturday night was the first time in a long while that I've dreamed about Tomcat. ( I'm actually pretty pleased with myself )
Yesterday was chore day, but I found time to make Provencal Fougasse (an herbed Italian flatbread--looks like the lowest picture on this page). Wow, did that ever come out nicely. I should bake more often. I've been meaning for months to give sourdough a try, but there's such a fear factor on that one.
I'm getting more chill with the idea that this is really going to be HLM's year and not mine--there are neat things shaping up for him, and not so much for me. As long as I can stay secure and supportive, that's fine. 2004 was about all the excitement I need for a while.
