Boring jock post

I love having a chinup bar in the house!!! For the first time in forever I haven't been able to feel my back muscles turning that much more into tapioca pudding as the week goes on. ( Probably really boring... )

I also got a used copy of Superfoods Rx in the mail last night. Tres cool. Thanks to webfaery for recommending it to me so many months ago.
