Lots of crying today
May. 24th, 2011 12:53 amSo, long story short, I don't get to work for Galahad anymore. Galahad is going away to work on something I don't especially necessarily want to work on (but would have, in order to stay with him), and I am staying put to provide continuity for the rest of the team's transition to the new manager. I suppose he'll now need an LJ name.
I had advance notice, I had even talked once with the new manager already and found myself significantly reassured, and I still cried all the way through the meeting where Galahad announced the whole thing. Argh! Then I had lunch with one of the new manager's minions, and what did I do through half of that? And what did I do after yoga class during savasana? Yep.
Why am I up so late?
