1) I'm enjoying smearing oil all over my face. Today I ordered some more from Garden of Wisdom, along with something I've wanted for a long time: itty bitty jars to use when traveling! And wait, they have even MORE little bottles and jars. Truly exquisite.
2) Our first rehearsal for our handbalancing act happened tonight! Great success from my point of view, as others are now psyched to help me finish the damn choreography. Also, we have a cute beginning; what I choreographed there works pretty well. Lots of work left to go, but that's fine, and one of our handbalancers is also a semi-pro dancer who's taken a couple of semesters of choreography class. She and I can finish this up for sure.
3) I was on a sailboat today for the first time in many years, and it was nice. I was glad to have my leather jacket along, and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
norwoodbridge too, for warmth... it's cold on the water.
4) Apparently some high hand-to-hands came down messily in the park today near the end of the jam (which I skipped), and my safety-oriented FB post was mentioned, and those messy standing-up folk grinned and said "yeah" and switched to some low stuff in order to end on a high note.
