Of the 15 or so books I was going to sell on Amazon, only four of them were rare enough to be worth selling; the others all had some people selling copies for just a couple of dollars. Sigh. You'd think I would learn. On the other hand, the person who bought my bondage / S&M book has the last name of Fetter, and how funny is that!? Books I put up for sale on Amazon tend to sell right away or not at all; two sold, so I have those packages ready to go, and also have advertised my SF zine on
zine_scene. Let the trips to the post office begin.
I had the nicest night ever on Friday night; I was all alone because
heisenbug went to a concert I wasn't up for, but I had a marvellous yoga class, and dinner at Christopher's at the bar without having to wait for a table, then snuggled in and watched four episodes of Meerkat Manor without having to worry that anyone would get sick of meerkats. Then my bug came home and snuggled me. Oh, also, after that yoga class I successfully based someone in birdcage for the first time ever. A smallish person. We had two spots, one on each side, but we didn't need them! Yay!
Sunday was mostly spent at a baby shower for B, and about this I will only say that it was very surreal. A phone call from L-dawg put some sanity back into my evening.
