i sort of tried the other day in a tucked up position, like you. when i straightened my legs i got a fraction of a second then fell to the ground in extreme tricep pain. what is a russian lever... is it taking that same motion further, feet up over head? i've seen that called a manna.
there is, there is so much to do.
oh by the way -- I timed myself using a metronome set to 60 beats per minute. it worked really well and i didn't have to be looking at it in hs. you could try that too if you like the idea. :)
