It's especially funny since I did three full cycles of what I call the Gymnastic Evils for the first time last night. What are the Gymnastic Evils? Well, a cycle is only 3 reps, but what you do to set up is put your feet on a counter or massage table, put your hands on the floor, and get into a piked half-handstand position. Now touch the top of your head between your hands and push back up (one), touch the tip of your nose to the floor and push back up (two), and touch your chin to the floor a bit in front and push back up (three). Repeat without resting. Legs stay straight the whole time, but you can bend them and use your knees to assist/rescue yourself as needed, so it's a good idea to have them hovering over the table.
Moses swears this will help with handstand strength. He started me with two sets and actually said not to add a third set, but rather to make them harder by sticking one leg up in the air. I guess I'll try that next time... sigh.
