Quite possibly the best, scariest day of 2008 so far

Wow, it never rains but it pours.

Most of you know I've daydreamed in the past about owning and running my own gym someday... I've got the books, have talked to local people who have done it, got certified as a personal trainer just to move slightly in that direction and test the fitness waters.

So it turns out that, just as I'm feeling a little more settled into Zillian, my dream gym, Fitness First, has been put on the market. That's 1000 square feet of sunny floor space in Arlington, with an established membership base, locker rooms, the whole deal. And I just barely, barely have the money for it...
