I'm doing pretty well, destructive-stress-wise, mostly just because I've been in far worse pressure cookers than this one. But I still wake up every morning with my fingers curled into little stress-fists, no matter how I gently flatten them over my stomach as I'm falling asleep. One of the first things I do in the morning is s-t-r-e-t-c-h them out and then start monitoring them so they don't curl up again.

Last night: editor bear cancelled our date because his baby is sick, so I worked late and then tangoed. Most of the people there last night were the good ones, and I'm getting good enough (at least on the more basic steps) to relax and enjoy it, so that was mostly great. Now I'd really like to get work done, but today is the company barbeque, with a seminar at 10:00 just for icing, so I can almost count on it being a wash. Maybe I can come in tomorrow for a while after looking again at the chapel space... dunno.

I did something similar

I used to grind my teeth/clench my jaw so tight that my jaw would be sore in the morning. I haven't done that in awhile though, so... everything must be ok.

I think between work, the wedding, etc... you're probably feeling like a stressball right now. Typically, the exercising you're doing should help relieve that, plus the tango-madness. Not sure why it's not really doing anything for you if you're still stressed out.
