Last Friday [livejournal.com profile] flexagon finally got to see what [livejournal.com profile] apfelsingail's circus posts are all about. That was planned... unplanned is that we wore almost identical outfits. Hint for confused viewers: only one of us has enough hair to have a braid. :)

Here is [livejournal.com profile] flexagon doing a layback under the careful tutelage of the mandatory tattooed instructor:

[livejournal.com profile] apfelsingail displays impressive flexibility on the Spanish web. Take note of her (lone) ninja-foot!

[livejournal.com profile] flexagon was only allowed to do this rope trick because the head teacher wasn't there.

That [livejournal.com profile] apfelsingail sure does get herself wrapped up in things.... And THIS sort of thing is why she often has rope burns on her feet.

More standing and leaning back... what can [livejournal.com profile] flexagon say, it's a gift given only to some.

This is [livejournal.com profile] apfelsingail's current favorite new trick. [livejournal.com profile] flexagon can see why -- very pretty.

[livejournal.com profile] flexagon looks superlatively trim and graceful in this one- and check out those back muscles!

Look ma- no hands! Well, actually, the hands are about to come off, but this shows why [livejournal.com profile] apfelsingail always has funky bruises on one ankle or the other.

Purty. ([livejournal.com profile] flexagon hung like this and they swung her around. Wheee.)

[livejournal.com profile] apfelsingail introduces the REAL owner of the place, Phoenix the Cat, who has come out to inspect the class...

There is no technique involved in [livejournal.com profile] flexagon's latest showoff move... it's strength and nothing else. Good thing it looks tricky. ([livejournal.com profile] apfelsingail disagrees on the 'no technique needed' statement. Then again, she is incredibly jealous, because she certainly can't do a one-handed handstand.)

And at the end of the day, we let our poor, tired feet relax.
