12 oz hot chocolate
1/2 tablespoon triple sec
1/2 tablespoon peppermint schnapps

It is deliciously orange-chocolate-minty. I'm not sure if it's been done before... also, at a mere half-shot of alcohol, does it really count as alcoholic or merely, ahem, warming? Most importantly, what should I name it?

(I like my drinks like I like my men: complex, but warm and comforting.)

yum, that sounds excellent. also, i was just making pudding with grand marnier and wondering what kind of drink i could make myself with some grand marnier while i wait for the pudding to chill. i don't have peppermint schnapps but just the first two ingredients would be grand. although i might make it hot chocolate.

I can see it orange or mint... but both?

I think I've had cookies that combined orange and chocolate and mint. Sounds good, but I'd make it harder.

Chocolatey goodness

Wow. I would never have thought of using both orange and peppermint together - after years of making the mistake of brushing my teeth and then drinking orange juice. However, you've inspired me to go forth and purchase said alcoholic goodness for to flavour chocolate. It's getting to be that time of year!

Then I have to try pudding with grand marnier in it....
