I've decided semi-randomly to go off caffeine for a while (not 100%; but maybe I'll cut down to just Saturdays or something, through the summer). I do love coffee but I suddenly felt like doing this; it's one less thing to be dependent on, and I know that I sweat a lot less when I don't drink coffee.

So, today was my first day with no caffeine. It was fine, except that I fell asleep at my desk for a few minutes right before 4PM, and then I missed yoga class because I thought it was only 5:30 when it was really 6:30.

AWESOME.

wow, there's a lot of this going around! I'm cutting back, too - trying to eliminate potential migraine triggers and tummy upsets. It does make for sleepy afternoons, though. I recommend getting outside for a short walk with deep breaths when the eyes start getting droopy. :)
