I touched my chin to the floor while doing a straddle stretch yesterday, so that's my new record. No, my spine wasn't straight... maybe that can happen some other year.

Despite liking Christmas music in general, I am thoroughly grossed out by the songs that sexualize Santa Claus. Yes, I'm talking to you, you pouty tween-sounding woman of ill repute who sings Santa Baby, but I heard a different one yesterday that was even nastier. Ew ew ew ew ew.

I'm working from home, trying to check in a particularly hairy bug fix. Due to $CONFIDENTIAL_STUFF, I either get it in the next $SHORT_TIME_SPAN, or the bug will be live until $UNCOMFORTABLY_DISTANT_DATE. Sigh. :P I worked on this sucker a lot this weekend... if I get it soon enough, I think I'll decorate the tree for a while before going to the office.

They Might Be Giants - Santa's Beard vies for my least liked TMBG song. Even though it doesn't sexualize Santa directly, it's plenty creepy.
