Gorgeous! That looks fantastic! It doesn't look like it was all that difficult to do either. Did you build it yourself?

Thanks -- but heck no. Those are American Woodmark cabinets (ordered from Home Depot) and I had contractors put them in. :-) Houses are hard... getting stuff properly delivered and dealing with contractors was more than enough work for me.

That said, the real work wasn't here at all, but in the bedroom. Post #2 is coming tomorrow. :-)

Thanks! They coordinate with the mismatched knobs in our last set of American Woodmark cabinets -- the serendipitous result of about two hours standing in the Expo arguing about which knobs to use until we finally decided to use them ALL. :)

Thanks! But no... that's just a cheap little bookshelf-turned-pantry-shelf that happens to be showing in one picture but not the other. We moved it out while the contractors were there, of course.

Very nice! Much better use of space. I love the mismatched drawer pulls, and the fact you were thoughtful about replacing them for resale if necessary. (Not sure why someone would want to, though.)

The drawer pulls are pretty. I often want to play with such things when I walk past the column of such at various hardware stores.
