Today was rather delicious

I love New York. I love doing acro for six hours. I also love staying in  a hotel I've stayed in before, commuting to the same Circus Warehouse I did acro in last time, and (most comforting of all) finding that I know all but about 2 people in this workshop because they were all at the 5-day immersion in December. Oh sure, the hotel's heating systems don't ever seem to work and the folks at the front desk don't know if the hotel has an ice machine (it doesn't), but 90% of my brain is free to NOT worry about which way to go, who all these people are, where the good breakfast is, etc.

I'm on page 409 of The Wise Man's Fear, not that I'm going to tell you a single word about it. :-D

The first open house for our old place occurred today, and someone made an offer! A lowball offer. But still, that's kind of cheering.

Almost a shame to have this much awesome happening all at once... the way things have felt lately, I could use for them to be spaced out a little. On the other hand, a couple of near-perfect days may have been called for as well.
