It is ridiculous to be posting about this when there's Portal 2 at home, but I've spent yesterday and today enthralled by Perplexus:

You roll a ball around on the tracks inside the sphere, and your track goes dead-end into another, and you turn the whole thing 90 degrees and keep on rolling. So elegant -- so excellent. It's like Labyrinth on meth and with no annoying knobs to turn, and with 100 points to hit along the track. Someone brought it to the office yesterday, and then cruelly took it away, and this morning I finally found a toy store that had one.
The sequel puzzle, Perplexus Epic, is being released tomorrow... I have pre-ordered.
